By accessing, purchasing from, or otherwise engaging with Gallery Youngblood Art LLC ("Gallery"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Ownership of Artwork and Payment

Title to artwork and merchandise transfers to the purchaser only upon full payment. Any consigned artwork remains the property of the artist until such transfer occurs. All purchases must be paid in full at the time of sale unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Deposits for custom framing or commissions work are non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has commenced.

Sales Are Final, Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability

Due to the unique and limited nature of our offerings, all sales are final unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Gallery to the respective artist.

All images, descriptions, and materials displayed by the Gallery remain protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, published, or used without written permission from the Gallery or the respective artist.

The Gallery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of its products or services. Remedies, if any, are limited to those expressly set forth writing by the Gallery.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

By purchasing, commissioning, or otherwise engaging with the Gallery, the purchaser acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
